The first session of free practice ended as most sessions have this year: with Nico Terol on the top of the timesheets. But the Bankia Aspar took most of the session to get up to speed, and his advantage is much smaller. Efren Vazquez ended just under a tenth behind Terol, and four tenths ahead of Frenchman Johann Zarco, with the two 125 veterans Sergio Gadea and Hector Faubel behind Zarco.

Madrid – Spain became one of a fairly successful country in the world of professional motor racing in the period around the last decade. What is the key to success Interior Matador?
Within about a decade, the Spaniard began to dominate every class in professional motor racing. In 1999, 500 cc class was won by Alex Criville while the 125 cc title belongs to Emilio Alzamora.
Later in the period of the 2000s, Dani Pedrosa and Jorge Lorenzo master the 250 cc class. By 2010 the domination of Spain showed its strength as the champion of the class 125 cc, 250 cc and MotoGP rider from State disabet by the Matador. Jorge Lorenzo in the MotoGP class, Toni Elias in the 250 cc class, and Marc Marquez on the 125 cc class.
What is the secret of success on the track racing motorcycle Spanish? Lorenzo believes there are three factors. “The thing that determines good or not its quality racer, in my opinion, there are three. First is the talent, the determination, and the last is hard work,” said Yamaha rider was launched from Visordown.
“Some drivers are more talented than others, then they were complete it with hard work. Meanwhile, another talented racer to complete it with more determinations.”
Meanwhile, Honda’s rider Dani Pedrosa also has an opinion about this. “I think the key is, basically is the Spanish have confidence in motor racing. Federation of Spanish, Catalan federation, they were particularly concerned with small children who may now only eight, nine, or ten years, and maybe ten years from now we will see them on the track racing, “he said.
There is also the former 500cc class rider, Simon Buckmaster assessed that development as well as the means to develop the potential of racing in Spain is pretty good.
“I believe that Spain has an excellent structure with the circuit, with the championship in Spain. They really care about the racers. Many drivers from abroad also studied here. Spain also has a very good weather, and that’s important.”
